SPECIAL COVID-19 MEASURES

OUR SAFETY COMMITMENTS

> Assurance that all staff members are in good health before service;
> Staff training in hygiene and safety protocols: barrier gestures, proper hygiene rules, use of protective equipment (masks and gloves), and hydroalcoholic gel;
> Strict prohibition of any external personnel entering the catering area;
> Disinfection of workstations, cooking utensils, and small equipment before each service;
> Mandatory handwashing or use of hydroalcoholic gel before handling clean dishes and utensils, and after each clearing;
> Disinfection of all vehicles between each event.

OUR PROTOCOL

> Your commitment to ensuring that guests respect social distancing and barrier gestures among themselves and with our staff throughout the event;
> Option to provide masks and hand sanitizer for your guests upon request (optional paid service);
> Organization of designated circulation paths to maintain safe distances, avoid crossings, and ensure staff can work safely;
> Regulation of guest flow at buffets, with the option to multiply buffet stations and space them at least one meter apart;
> Respect of a one-meter distance between guests in buffet lines (with floor markings) or timed access to buffets;
> Protection of all food items displayed on buffets;
> Systematic use of tongs for handling food items;
> Assurance that all food and beverages are served exclusively by catering staff (self-service prohibited);
> Encouragement for guests to keep the same glass throughout the event;
> Provision of sufficient non-manual waste bins for safe disposal of waste.
